About Us
Our story is one of unexpected twists, second chances, and fate’s undeniable hand.
We first crossed paths briefly in the 1990s, feeling an undeniable connection. Fast forward to 2021, when a nudge from Facebook’s "people you may know" reconnected us. Mykal sent a friend request, Kenya accepted, and soon after, an accidental butt dial sparked hours of conversation, laughter, and rediscovery.
Despite living miles apart—Kenya in Texas and Mykal in Cleveland—fate brought Kenya to Cleveland to surprise her brother. Mykal seized the moment and invited her to dinner. From the instant they reunited, they knew destiny was at work.
Since then, our love has transcended distances and boundaries, from sunsets in Puerto Vallarta to starlit nights in Belize, Cape Town's beauty to Paris's romance. Along the way, we’ve shared adventures, uncovered new depths, and grown closer with every moment.
Then, with love and certainty, Mykal asked a question that changed everything, and Kenya said “YES,” sealing the start of our forever.
